About the apartments
Leasing: lease per bedroom. 5, 10, 12 month leases available. You can choose your own roommate or ask the rental office for roommate matching
12-mon lease: Aug 21, 2009~ Aug 6 2010; 10-mon lease: Aug 21, 2009~ May 17, 2010;
Fall lease: Aug 21~ Dec 23, 2010; Spring Lease: Jan 8 ~ May 17, 2010.
Private bedroom: Full size mattress, dresser, private bathroom.
Rent Coverage: Furnishings (sofa, chairs), washer/dryer, full-kitchen, Internet, Cable TV, free parking. Allowance of $40 in Electricity and $10 in water/sewer. (If overused, tenant pays the extra part.)
Location: North Lincoln, about a mile to UI campus (close to Engineering School, etc).
Transportation: frequent and reliable MTD buses (every 20~30 minutes). Free ride with UI card.
